This is an expanded edition of the 1990 publication (see entry cited in this database). The revised edition includes 200 new catalogue entries and 32 additional pages of text. New illustrations accompany the supplement to the catalogue raisonné and the section on sketchbooks. The publication includes the Fischer-Schiele Archive, London, prepared with the assistance of Wolfgang G. Fischer. There is also a discussion of Schiele's signature style and an essay on the artist's materials.
