In addition to the introductory essays, biographical notes, and a small section on drawings, there is an appendix that includes the artist's 1913 essays, "On Imitation in Painting and Sculpture" and "Paul Cézanne". The text of the catalogue raisonné is in French, it is arranged chronologically, the critical comments are brief.
