The original edition of this was published in Italian by Rizzoli, Milan, 1970 (reissued 1979). Co-editions exist (with different authors providing prefaces), but the critical catalogue remains the same. English language editions were published in 1972 and 1985 respectively, the later printing has an appendix of additional works (n.839-864).
